Getting to Glimpse Lake
Glimpse Lake road off Douglas Lake Road. Forestry recreation site and boat launch.
15.7 km of traced road to the campground by way of Lauder Rd, Wildwood Rd, Northcott Rd, Peter Hope FSR and Peterhope Rd. The road at the end is a loose surface. It stops 180 m short of the campground.

Access: From Merritt, the best way to get to Glimpse Lake is to travel east along Highway 5A past Quilchena on Nicola Lake. Exit onto Douglas Lake Road and travel approximately 7 km until reaching the intersection with Lauder Rd located just past the hydro station. Turn left onto Lauder Rd and travel approximately 16 km up the highways maintained gravel road to get to the Glimpse Lake North site. Please drive slow while travelling through the community located just before the campsite.
