No resorts. A BCFS campsite (6 vehicle sites with picnic tables, outhouses and boat launching) is located on the south end of the lake. Big Bar Lake which you pass to get to Little Big Bar has a BC provincial park with many campsites available.

38.9 km of traced road to the campground by way of Little Big Bar Rd, Big Bar Rd, 3100 FSR, Gold Rush Snowmobile Trail, River Lake/Big Bar FSR and Meadow Lake Rd. The road at the end is a loose surface. It stops 50 m short of the campground.
